Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 17.6 oz
- Young Carrots - 2 pieces
- Leek - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Broth - 3½ cups
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 cups
- Cream - 1 cup
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Chopped dill - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets, slice the carrots thinly, and chop the leek finely.
Step 2
Boil the cauliflower and carrots in water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the flour with the milk, then pour this mixture into the broth with cauliflower and carrots. Add the leek and peas. Add nutmeg and salt. Cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 4
At the end, add the cream and stir.
Step 5
Serve with dill.
