Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Rice - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the dried mushrooms, rinse thoroughly, soak for 3–4 hours, and cook in the same water.
Step 2
Strain the broth, finely chop the cooked mushrooms, and return them to the broth.
Step 3
Add finely chopped and sautéed onion to the soup.
Step 4
Sort and rinse the rice.
Step 5
Add to the soup and cook until the rice is done.
