Ingredients
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 1 glass
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 glass
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 464°F. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix everything well.
Step 3
Shape the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Put them in the oven and bake until golden brown (about 10 to 12 minutes).
Step 4
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute (do not let it darken). Gradually add the broth, bringing it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens (about 2 to 3 minutes).
Step 5
Serve the meatballs with sauce, garnished with parsley.
