- Tofu - 3.5 oz
- Sherry - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 qt
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add sherry, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and rice vinegar to the boiling broth, and bring the broth to a secondary boil.
Step 2
