  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 teaspoon
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a skillet, heat the olive oil, add the sliced zucchini, and sauté until golden brown on both sides, about 5-10 minutes.

Step 2

Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
