Ingredients
- Bulgur - 1.4 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 0.4 oz
- Cinnamon - 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - 0 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the fine wheat grain (bulgur), cook it in water, and drain it in a sieve.
Step 2
Transfer the cooked grain to a pot, pour in the grape juice, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat, add sugar and butter, and mix well.
Step 4
Then add ground cinnamon and black pepper.
Step 5
Crush the walnuts and add them to the soup.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly again and serve in bowls.
Step 7
Serve the soup hot or cold.
