Ingredients
- Sweet Pepper - 4 pieces
- Long-Grain Rice - 5.3 oz
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Lean Beef - 10.6 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- 20% Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. You can leave the stems — they won't harm.
Step 2
Cook the ground beef until done in a separate pan, adding salt and ground chili pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pre-cook the rice until half done, then let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Mix the ground beef and rice, add oregano, and stir well.
Step 5
Stuff the mixture into the peppers and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve hot or warm with sour cream and paprika.
