  • Cilantro - 0.3 oz

  • Vegetable Oil - 7 fl oz
  • Sweet Potato - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 2 lbs
  • Tamarind Paste - 2.5 oz
  • Coconut Milk - 13 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the onion into random pieces and sauté in vegetable oil until partially cooked.
