Description
A bunch of Swiss chard should be large and have big leaves.
Ingredients
- Swiss chard leaves - 1 bunch
- Breadcrumbs - 1½ cups
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Trim the leaves from the Swiss chard and cut the stems into small pieces. Transfer to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil and place the Swiss chard pieces in it.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Spread the mixture over the stems and smooth it out. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
