Description
A classic of Syrian and Lebanese cuisine—tabbouleh. Parsley, mint, lemon—freshness at its finest. One of our favorite dishes that has graced many editorial parties. It's best to prepare tabbouleh in large quantities; it becomes even more flavorful the next day.
Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 10 oz
- Lemon - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - 5 fl oz
- Fresh Mint - 0 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cook the bulgur in salted water and let it cool.

Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Separate and finely chop the mint.
Step 7
Chop the parsley finely.
Step 8
Mix the herbs and tomatoes.
Step 9
Add the bulgur. Dress with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 10
Let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
