- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Green Butter - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Russian Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Lime - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Tortillas - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove all excess tendons from the chicken breast. Cut the cooked fillet into small pieces, preferably into strips.
Step 2
The meat needs to be marinated. It is best to use red onion, as it will provide a pleasant taste and a beautiful appearance. Place the chicken fillet in a separate bowl, add the onion, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix everything well. Leave the meat to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
While the meat is marinating, let's prepare the pepper. Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds and stems. Cut the resulting vegetable into thin strips. The strips should be as thin as possible. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the marinated meat, and fry until cooked. Then add the pepper and simmer for another 7 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce by placing sour cream in a bowl, adding ground red pepper. Mix everything well until a uniform color is achieved. Wash and dry the lettuce, tearing it into large pieces. Heat the tortilla in a frying pan on all sides. Place a leaf of lettuce in the center of the hot tortilla. Grate the semi-hard cheese on a medium grater.
Step 5
Place the fried meat with pepper on the lettuce. It should be placed directly on the lettuce. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the meat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the sour cream sauce (sour cream + pepper) on top. Fold the tortilla in half. And there you have it, the traditional Mexican dish, tacos.
