Ingredients
- Pineapple - 2 lbs
- Mandarins - 6 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Lime - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel a piece of pineapple weighing about 1 kg. In my case, it was half of a whole one. Remove the core and cut it into medium pieces.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and extract the juice.
Step 3
For the juice, it's better to use tangerines with firm skin; softer ones are harder to juice. If you use Abkhazian or Turkish tangerines with soft skin, it's better to increase their quantity to 8 pieces, as there will be less juice.
Step 4
For a balance of acidity, squeeze the juice from 0.5 lime.
Step 5
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend at maximum speed until smooth.
