Tangerine Pine Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Tangerines - 3 pieces
  • Green Apples - 3 pieces
  • Pine nuts - 1 tablespoon
  • Pecans - 6 pieces
  • Goji Berries - ½ tablespoon
  • Water - 7 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the pecans, pine nuts, goji berries, and half of the water.

Step 2

Blend the mixture for 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the tangerines, apples, and the remaining water.

Step 4

Blend in the blender for 1 minute.

Step 5

If desired, add 50 grams of ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
