- Tannur - 1 qt
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Sweet Pepper - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F and place the bell peppers on a baking sheet, drizzling them with olive oil beforehand. Bake for twenty minutes, then remove from the oven, let cool, peel off the skin, and remove the seeds. Slice thinly, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds, then chop them into large pieces. Finely chop the green onions and place them in a blender. Add the yogurt, juice and zest of half a lemon, and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth and serve with roasted peppers.
