Tarragon Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Tarragon - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - 2.8 oz
  • Water - 44 fl oz
  • Lemon - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the lemon (large, 200 grams). Peel the zest. Chop the tarragon. Blend it, adding sugar. Mix well.

Step 2

Peel the lemon, separating it into wedges. Combine with the tarragon, squeezing juice from each wedge.

Step 3

Pour in drinking water (sparkling water can be used) and place in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours (ideally overnight).

Step 4

Strain the prepared lemonade. In a glass, add ice, a sprig of tarragon, and pour in the lemonade.
