Ingredients
- Cured beef - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Potato - 4.9 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Corn Salad - 0.4 oz
- Lemon - ¼ pieces
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Mayonnaise - 4.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Tartlets - 20 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, then let them cool completely. Peel and cut into 5 mm cubes.
Step 3
Cut the veal into 5 mm cubes.
Step 4
Cut the pickled mushrooms into cubes of the same size.
Step 5
Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Cut them into 5 mm cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.

Grate the hard cheese using a fine grater.

Finely chop the green onions.
Step 8
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, meat, cheese, mushrooms, apples, and green onions.

Dress with mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place a leaf of lettuce in each tartlet so that it peeks out beautifully, and fill the tartlet with the filling.
