  • Natural Yogurt - 3 spoons
  • Walnuts - 1.1 oz
  • Goat cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Cilantro - 3 sprigs
  • Parsley - 3 sprigs
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
