Description
For the tartlets, it's best to use small persimmons so that you can cut them into small wedges.
Ingredients
- Smoked Chicken - 3.5 oz
- Tartlets - 16 pieces
- Persimmon - 7.1 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3 spoons
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Goat cheese - 2.5 oz
- Cilantro - 3 sprigs
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Toast the nuts in a dry skillet. Chop them finely with a knife or place them in a bag, seal it, and roll over them with a rolling pin.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 4
Slice a portion of the persimmon into thin wedges, enough for the number of tartlets. Dice the remaining persimmon into small cubes.

Remove the leaves from the parsley and cilantro and chop them finely. Set aside a few whole leaves for garnish.
