- Matsuni - 7 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz

Bring the milk to a boil.

Slice the cheese, then add it to the milk and cook for 2 minutes.

Place the cheese on a wooden surface and roll it out like dough.

Finely chop the mint, garlic, and chili pepper, then mix and spread over the cheese layer.

Roll the cheese into a log and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream, matsuni, and milk. Finely chop 20 g of mint and 5 g of garlic, add to 100 ml of milk along with the remaining spices.

Remove the log from the refrigerator, slice it into pieces, and warm it up.
