- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste

Pre-cook the liver in a skillet with vegetable oil.

Add cream to the liver.

After a minute, add butter and reduce the heat to medium. Sauté for about 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
Step 5
Cut the avocado into cubes and season with salt.

Once the liver cools, transfer it to a blender, add the avocado, and blend to the desired consistency.
