Ingredients
- Coconut Urbech - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Avocado - 1½ pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Cilantro - ½ bunch
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack open the coconuts and drain the milk.
Step 2
Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a blender, add chopped tomatoes, 0.5 avocado, ginger, garlic, jalapeño, herbs, and soy sauce. Blend well.
Step 3
Pour in the remaining milk and blend again.
Step 4
Distribute the soup into bowls and top with chopped red pepper, onion, cilantro, parsley, and the remaining avocado.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
