- Octopus - 3.5 oz
- Frozen squid rings - 3.5 oz
- Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 6 pieces
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk
- Morels - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Milk - 1 qt
- Fish Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - ½ teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - ½ teaspoon
- Pineapple - 1 piece
- Kaffir Lime Leaves - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the coconut milk to a boil, add the lemongrass (lemon zest) and kaffir lime leaves.
Step 2
Add the onion and tomato, cut into quarters. Cut the mushrooms and pineapple into 4-6 pieces. Add the chili peppers. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add the seafood and cook for 3 minutes. Add salt and oyster sauce.
Step 4
Remove from heat, season with fish sauce and lime or lemon juice.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro or greens.
Step 6
Serve hot.
