Ingredients
- Salmon - 3.5 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 4 pieces
- Mussels - 4 pieces
- Okra - 1.6 oz
- Broccoli - 0.9 oz
- Celery stalk - 1.4 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1.6 oz
- Chinese green beans - 0.9 oz
- Carrot - 1.4 oz
- Onion - 1.4 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the tomato paste in olive oil for 2 minutes, then add it to 500 ml of boiling water and stir.
Step 2
Sauté the wheat flour in butter until lightly golden; then add it to boiling water and whisk.
Step 3
Dice the celery, carrot, bell pepper, and onion into 2x2 cm cubes and sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sautéed vegetables to the soup and simmer for 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring continuously.
Step 5
Cut the salmon into 2x2 cm cubes.
Step 6
Add broccoli, beans, okra, 2 thin slices of chili pepper, salmon, mussels, and tiger shrimp to the soup, along with Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Ladle the soup into bowls and serve.
