Description

Three Types of Cheese Spreads with Crackers

Ingredients

  • Butter - 4.2 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 21.2 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce - ½ teaspoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - ½ teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Shallot - 1 head
  • Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 6 oz
  • Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Scallions - 1.2 oz
  • Parsley - 0.9 oz
  • Crackers - 17.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the butter (at room temperature), cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, salt, and white pepper in a large bowl until smooth.

Step 2

Divide the mixture evenly into three separate bowls.

Step 3

In the first bowl, add grated cheddar cheese, cranberries, and apple-ginger chutney (40 g), and mix well.

Step 4

In the second bowl, add crumbled feta, shallot, and chopped pecans — mix well.

Step 5

In the third bowl, add goat cheese, chopped green onion, and chopped parsley — mix well.

Step 6

Lay out plastic wrap on a work surface, place one type of spread on it, roll it up, and shape it with your hands as desired. Repeat with the remaining two spreads. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 7

Prepare a serving platter large enough to hold the three types of cheese and crackers.

Step 8

Carefully unwrap the spreads and place them on the platter along with the crackers (you can use different types).

Step 9

Before serving, garnish using all your creativity!
