  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 1.4 oz
  • Ocean salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the porcini mushrooms, aspen mushrooms, cucumbers, and radish on a fine grater. Separately, dress the cucumbers and radish with oil, salt, and pepper. Dress the mushrooms only with oil. Cut the tomatoes. Layer the ingredients through a ring: aspen mushrooms – radish – porcini mushrooms – cherry tomatoes – cucumbers.

Step 2

Garnish with pickled honey mushrooms, cut in half.
