Ingredients
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Morels - 14.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Thyme - 0.3 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Butter - to taste
- Sourdough Bread - 4 pieces
- Mushroom seasoning - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and toast the slices of bread in butter until golden brown.
Step 2
Set the bread aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, broth, and thyme, and sauté until the mushrooms are cooked through.
Step 4
Spread goat cheese on the toast.
Step 5
Top with the sautéed mushrooms.
Step 6
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the mushrooms.
Step 7
Grate Parmesan on top and serve.
