- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil - 1 bunch

- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Mash half of the garlic with the pine nuts and basil leaves. Add the grated Parmesan and olive oil. Mix well.
