- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Boiled White Round Rice - 5.3 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Borodinsky Bread - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until tender and let it cool. Hard boil the eggs.
Step 2
Chop the boiled eggs and green onions finely.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, canned fish, eggs with herbs, and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Slice the Borodinsky bread, toast it in a dry skillet or toaster, and top it with rice and fish.
