Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread - 6 pieces
- Pumpkin - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and lightly sprinkle with flour. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and sauté the pumpkin until partially cooked. Add sugar.
Step 2
Add the chopped mushrooms, sour cream to the pumpkin, and simmer until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Toast the bread in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and spread the mushroom and pumpkin mixture on the bread. Bake under the grill for 5-10 minutes.
