Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.8 oz
- Galangal - 0.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sodium glutamate - a pinch
- Tiger shrimp in brine - 8 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.1 bunch
- Chicken Broth - ½ l
- Banana Leaves - 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Lemongrass - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the broth to a boil or cook it.
Step 2
Add the spices and let it boil — let it simmer for about three minutes to release their flavor, then add the champignon mushrooms.
Step 3
Add the peeled shrimp cut in half, and at the same time add the cherry tomatoes.
Step 4
Cook until the shrimp are done — they should turn white, about another three minutes (do not cook too long to avoid rubbery shrimp), add the cilantro one minute before it's done.
