Ingredients
- White Beans - 7.9 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 qt
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight.
Step 2
Rinse the beans and boil for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic, onion, and carrot, and sauté in oil. Add the tomato paste and mix.
Step 4
Dice the potatoes.
Step 5
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam. Add the sautéed mixture, beans, potatoes, spices, and bay leaf. Salt to taste.
