- Fennel - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Baking Tomatoes - 28.2 oz
- Apple Wine - 13 fl oz
- Fish Oil - 3 qt
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Cod - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté sliced onions and finely shredded fennel until golden brown. Add orange juice, zest, and wine. Reduce the liquid until it becomes syrupy.
Step 2
Add the diced or sliced potatoes, tomatoes, and garlic to the same saucepan, and sauté for three to four minutes. Then pour in the broth and cook for fifteen minutes.
Step 3
Place the cod cut into large cubes and the shrimp into a pot, and cook for five minutes. Season with chopped parsley and lemon juice, and add salt and pepper to taste.
