Ingredients
- Hunter's Sausages - 14.1 oz
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 2 qt
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In vegetable oil, sauté the chopped onion. Cut the sausages and bacon; you can substitute the sausages with smoked sausage and add them to the onion.
Step 2
Pour the tomato juice into a pot; you can dilute it by replacing half a liter of juice with the same amount of boiled water. Bring the juice to a boil.
Step 3
Add the sautéed sausages, onion, and bacon to the juice. Drain the liquid from the beans and add both cans of beans to the pot.
Step 4
Boil the soup for 10 minutes. Before serving, season with garlic that has been pressed or finely chopped.
