- Brown Sugar - to taste

Preheat the oven to 392°F, place parchment paper on a baking sheet, and grease it with oil.
Step 3
Place the tomatoes cut side up on the parchment. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, a little sugar on each half (tomatoes love sugar), and sprinkle with thyme.
Step 4
Send to the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with fried eggs, dipping toast into the tomatoes or use as a sauce for eggs.
