- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 28.2 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - ½ spoons

Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the tomatoes; you should use ripe, large tomatoes for the juice.

Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the large tomatoes into wedges. Transfer them to a pot and place over low heat.
Step 4
Once the juices are released and it comes to a boil, blend them with an immersion blender.
Step 5
Pass the tomatoes through a sieve to remove the skin and seeds.

Bring the juice to a boil once more, adding salt and sugar.
Step 7
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and prepare a bowl of ice water.

Place the plum tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds.

Then transfer them to ice water.

Peel the plum tomatoes.

Transfer the peeled tomatoes into jars and pour the prepared juice over them.

Seal the jars with lids, turn them upside down, and cover with a blanket until completely cooled.
