- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes into rounds about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Drain the brine from the mozzarella and slice it into pieces the same thickness as the tomatoes. Arrange the tomato slices on a plate, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with vinegar. Place the mozzarella slices on top.
Step 3
Wash the basil, dry it, tear off the leaves, and chop finely. Evenly distribute the herbs over the dish. Drizzle with oil.
