  • Parsley - 1 piece
  • Rice - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Cornelian Cherry - 1.8 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Parsley - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, cover it with cold water, add salt, parsley root, onion, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Rinse the rice and add it to the fish broth. Add salt.

Step 3

Pit the cornelian cherries and add them to the soup.

Step 4

Chop the walnuts and herbs. Sprinkle over the soup before serving.
