  • Apple Wine - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.2 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 0.5 oz
  • Truffle Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Ocean salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the asparagus into rounds and sauté in olive oil.

Step 2

Add finely chopped shallot and garlic, and sauté lightly.

Step 3

Add the wine and let it evaporate.

Add the raw rice.

Gradually add the vegetable broth. There is no need to stir constantly.
