- Garlic - 1 clove

- Canned tuna in its own juice - 3.5 oz
- Canned Baby Beets - 14.8 oz
- Arugula - 2.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Pide bread - 2 pieces
- Banana Leaves - 4 pieces
- Spanish onions - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, red pepper flakes, beans, tuna, and finely chopped arugula. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 2
