Tuna and Tomato Tartare
Ingredients
- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Dried Bonito Flakes - 1.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.2 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Watercress - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sumac - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomato and season with salt.
Step 2
Place the piece of ciabatta on a preheated dry skillet. Toast for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Flip and toast for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 5
Finely chop the watercress and mix it with the onion.
Step 6
Add the watercress and onion mixture to the tuna. Mix well.
Step 7
Let the toasted bread cool.
Step 8
Spread cream cheese on the toast and sprinkle with sumac.
Step 9
Top with the chopped tomato.
Step 10
Then add the tuna and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Ready!
