Tuna Appetizer with Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the eggs.
Step 2
While the eggs are boiling, open the tuna and transfer it to a salad bowl along with the juice, mashing the tuna with a fork.
Step 3
Next, take the processed cheese (in blocks, my favorite is Shostka for salads, but that's a matter of taste). Grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 4
The boiled eggs also need to be grated on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Dress with sour cream and mayonnaise to taste. Add spices if desired (in my opinion, freshly ground pepper, Svan salt, or nutmeg work well).
Step 6
Serve with toast made from your favorite bread. You can also add fresh cucumber on top of the sandwich. Enjoy your meal!
