Ingredients

  • Ciabatta - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Canned tuna in its own juice - 1.4 oz
  • Spanish onions - 0.5 oz
  • Arugula - 0.2 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ tablespoons

Cut a piece of ciabatta.

Grease the pan with a small piece of butter (about 5 g) and place it over high heat.
