Tuna Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Ciabatta - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1.4 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.5 oz
- Arugula - 0.2 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of ciabatta.
Step 2
Grease the pan with a small piece of butter (about 5 g) and place it over high heat.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Chop the tomato into small pieces.
Step 5
Place the ciabatta in the pan and toast on high heat until golden brown.
Step 6
Flip and toast the other side for 1 minute.
Step 7
Heat the oil in the pan.
Step 8
Add the tomato to the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes.

Add salt.

Crack the egg into the pan.

Add pepper and reduce the heat.

Sauté, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Spread cream cheese on the bruschetta.

Top with the tomato and egg mixture.
