- Armenian Lavash - 1 piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Herbed Cream Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 1 piece
- Tilsit Cheese - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Unroll the lavash and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on it. Use a small knife for this, as it's easier than using a spoon.
Step 2
Next, take the tuna out of the can, chop it into small pieces, and sprinkle it over the lavash. Be careful not to spill the juice from the tuna, as it will make the lavash soggy and unappetizing.
Step 3
Then, grate the eggs, cucumber, and cheese. Evenly distribute them on the lavash, leaving a little space on one side for easy rolling. Preheat the oven to 266°F in the convection mode.
Step 4
Cut the lavash in half and place it on a baking sheet.
