- Canned tuna in its own juice - 2 cans
- Mayonnaise - ¼ g
- Dijon Mustard - 2 spoons
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Sweet Red Onion - 1 head
- Celery salt - 1 stalk
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Large eggs - 2 pieces
- Corn Salad - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Any bread you love: ciabatta, baguette, rye, Borodinsky. It tastes best when lightly toasted without oil or made into toast (we use toast).
Step 2
Drain the tuna, chop it finely, and mix all the ingredients together.
Step 3
Place on a toast garnished with a leafy green, and top with a second slice of bread.
