Ingredients
- French Baguette - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 teaspoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Courgette - ½ piece
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Cilantro - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Place a piece of baguette about 2 cm thick in the oil.
Step 3
After 2 minutes, flip it over and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Rinse the herbs and cucumber in cool water.
Step 5
Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the crispy side of the baguette.
Step 6
Peel the cucumber.
Step 7
Slice it thinly and place it on the baguette. Add salt.
Step 8
Top with tuna and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 9
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 10
Garnish with herbs and serve.
