Turkey and Cottage Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 1 jar
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Flaxseeds - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
- Sunflower Seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Yakiniku sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Season the meat with paprika.
Step 4
Spread sweet chili sauce on the meat.
Step 5
Spread teriyaki sauce on the meat.
Step 6
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 7
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F.
Step 8
Remove after 1 hour and unwrap the foil.
Step 9
Put it back in the oven and take it out after 20 minutes.
Step 10
Finely chop the meat.
Step 11
Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly.
Step 12
Spread a thin layer of cottage cheese on the cucumbers.
Step 13
Place the chopped meat on top of the cheese.
Step 14
Roll up the rolls and secure them with toothpicks.

Garnish with seeds.
