Ingredients
- Turkey - 2 lbs
- Parsley - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Paprika - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey breast into a flat piece and pound it thoroughly.
Step 2
Season with salt, spread with mustard, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and roll tightly into a log.
Step 3
Transfer to a greased baking sheet, coat all sides with a mixture of vegetable oil and paprika, and sprinkle with crushed black pepper.
Step 4
Place in the oven and bake, occasionally basting with the juices that accumulate and piercing the roll with a toothpick.
Step 5
Cool the finished roll and slice into pieces.
