Turkey Roll with Cottage Cheese and Peppers

Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dill - 0.7 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 12.3 oz
  • Turkey - 2 lbs
  • Orange Syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Marinated cherries - 4 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Canned Corn - 1.8 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Step 2

Peel and mince the garlic.

Step 3

Chop the dill.

Step 4

Combine the cottage cheese, peppers, garlic, and dill. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 6

Wash the turkey fillet, pat it dry, pound it well, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the cottage cheese filling on it and roll it up. Tie it with string.

Step 7

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, and fry the roll on all sides, then place it in the oven for 1 hour.

Step 8

Brush the roll with orange jam and bake for another 15 minutes.

Step 9

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumbers into rounds, peel and slice the onion into rings. Drain the corn in a sieve. Combine and dress the salad with vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 10

Remove the string from the finished roll, slice it into rounds, and serve with the salad.
