Ingredients
- Udon Noodles - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Broth - 28.2 oz
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Ground meat - 7.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- White bread - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground meat in butter in a deep skillet. Add tomato paste and salt. Then pour in the meat broth and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Cut the white bread into cubes and sauté in butter with ground red pepper.
Step 3
Before serving, add the croutons to the soup.
