Ingredients
- Cervelat Sausage - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Heavy cream - 7 fl oz
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Lean Beef - 8.8 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot with cold water, place the chopped sausage and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add them to the pot.
Step 3
Sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in oil in a pan until soft, then add to the pot with boiling water.
Step 4
In the same pan, sauté the ground beef in a generous amount of olive oil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked beef to the pot and reduce the heat.
Step 5
Whisk the cream and pour it into the pot. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
Step 6
Add the finely chopped herbs.

Cook until the potatoes are done. Then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let it steep.
