Description

- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until cooked through. Finely chop the onion and sauté it until golden brown. Mash the hot potatoes, then add butter, followed by flour, egg, salt, and the sautéed onion, mixing thoroughly until a uniform mass is achieved. From the resulting dough, shape twelve round patties, each about 1.5 cm thick, and place a dollop of sour cream in the center of each.
Step 2
Bake in the oven at 374°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with a sour cream sauce and wild mushrooms.
